About
Are you thinking of traveling by plane without costing much? Take note because from this week Google will send you a notification at the time the tickets are cheaper.
This, through the Google Flights platform, which in principle will allow you to search for air tickets to and from any destination, classifying each of the offers according to the round trip price offered by each airline for this investment.
In this sense, if you do not find a price according to the current needs of the search, the technological giant will notify you when one of the bidding companies lowers their rates , so that the update is minute by minute.
Equally,Google's platform will alert you about price changes for when you select a specific flight and destination , while if you only searched for the desired destination, notifications will notify you of the best price for this route and the time you could return to increase in price.
These offers will also be available for the search of hotels or places of residence of the destination to travel , with which the results will be presented if the prices are cheaper than normal, or if there is a discounted rate for the selected dates of travel .
In August, Google launched an experiment that integrated their Google search with Gmail. In addition to returning the results of Gmail, Google also detects flights related to confirmation messages so you can show additional information for your next flights. You can test this function by searching my flights , as documented here .
What Google does not mention is that it also shows flight notifications, which look like Google+ birthday reminders .
Flight notifications are not a new feature (someone discovered it in September), but I think it's worth mentioning. There is a wealth of valuable information that can be obtained from Gmail messages, as can be seen in the latest Google update that now shows flight cards, packages, hotel reservations, event reservations and much more.
