If the features attract you a bit, then you can go for “ZBook Firefly 15 G8.” It is touch-expensive, but the features of the laptop lie in the premium ranges. The “HP ZBook Firefly 15 G8” is extremely “lightweight” and is streamlined for 2-dimensional and moderate 3-dimensional work. However, one major drawback of the laptop is that its Intel processor cannot carry a heavy data load like in the case of other Intel core chips found in Lenovo ThinkPad P 15 and ZBook Fury 15. A general test done by pcmag.com revealed that “HP Zbook Firefly 15 G8” was scoring 5,537 points approximately in general and the productivity test seen under the benchmark the website has created with UL’s PC Mark 10. It must be mentioned that the general productivity of the laptop fell short of other products such as Creator 15 and ThinkPad P15. However, as per the general standards, the points scored in PC Mag’s test were well over the 4,000 benchmarks, which is generally considered a threshold for a highly productive device.
As far as the storage is concerned, the reviewers found no problems with “HP Zbook Firefly 15 G8” as far competing with its competitors are concerned. The rate of transmitting and receiving data from the hard drives has been found to be an exception irrespective of the complexity of the data.
The test of the Central Processing Unit saw that the new product was easily surpassing its preceding version, which was Firefly 14 G7. This has been attributed to the Core i7 integrated circuit, which sort of made up for core count deficiency. And, as it was expected, the “HP Zbook Firefly 15 G8” was not able to compete with the likes of MSI or the latest models of Lenovo.
