How to Stop Football Fear?

To understand the reason for this fear, I'd like to begin with an old saying that I love that I frequently recite whenever the fear of the unknown arises. When you are determined to succeed, you must be prepared to feel humiliated. "- Gil Eagles.

Many amazing moments in football put our strength to the test. Some of us can conquer our fears, but not all. What's the difference?

According to the quote, you must be shy to succeed and grow into your capabilities. If we believe more than we do, it's since the first time you tried to go on a bicycle, you fell off, and your acquaintances may have been smirking at the way you fell. Through practice and repetition, you learned to get on your bike effortlessly and with no hands, even though initially you could not maintain your balance.

One of my anxieties was when my friend did a cross (long pass), and I was afraid not to do that because I could not stop the ball; the ball would fly away from me, and my colleagues will be laughing at my actions. What happened? Just as I thought that, the ball flew away from me. My colleagues were laughing. What can you do to overcome anxiety? The first step is to find an answer; for me, it was an easy practice with more takeovers. Because I had practiced more practicing the skill I was frightened of during the game, it became more comfortable when I would have liked to grant my teammate the long-term pass. I showed everyone how I'd improved my skills.

Whatever your fears are, you must confront them in the right way because the only way you can remove you would fear is to tackle what you're afraid of, and it will disappear.

What do people usually do when confronted by a threatening situation or new step? A lot of people withdraw out of fear. They don't take that decisive step. Do not attempt the penalty shot because they fear they might fail and don't use that free kick to make that teammate don't get a slap. DON'T ACT! This is a strategy that will fail. If you can show me a professional footballer, I will show you someone who can confront his fears and dares to act!

Most football anxieties stem from the reality that you don't believe in your abilities and are afraid your family and friends will laugh at you if you make incredible dribbling and fall. This can bring you down because if you need more confidence, how do you expect your teammates to trust you at crucial moments? If you're thinking of ways to get more accomplished and you're nervous after you attempted to hit the target and failed, you are already a winner since you've believed this. When you start to act and act seriously, your confidence will rise dramatically, and your performance will be improved. It is important to remember that you must train and consider the five basic principles that will help you become a professional footballer:

1. Physical training

2. Technical training

3. Training for the mind

4. Rest and food

5. Prevention and recovery from injuries

This "muscle" to be courageous needs to be trained. When you conquer your fears, you'll tackle them with the most passion. Make sure you practice and run the methods you're scared of. Please reach me via Instagram @improvedfootball to let me know how you overcame your fears and overcame them...

Be positive in every situation and believe you can achieve anything you wish as long as you're willing to work extremely hard to achieve it. In the meantime, I will leave you with a favorite quote:

"He who is deprived of his wealth suffers a lot, and an acquaintance loses more. However, anyone who loses their courage, everything goes."
