To use Direct Deposit Activation:

1) Click on the Banking tab on your display.
2) Choose the option of Deposits and Transfers
3) Select the option of Copy Details
4) Provide the account when prompted for a bank account during direct deposit setup

To get a Direct Deposit form:

1) Hit on the option of Banking tab on your display
2) Choose the option of Deposits and Transfers
3) Select the Get Direct Deposit Form option.
4) Fill out your employer information, and the amount you will like to deposit from each paycheck, and provide your signature
5) Choose the option of Email Form and enter the recipient address before tapping send

Your completed Direct Deposit Activation in quickbooks desktop form can be viewed at any time by tapping the option of Get Direct Deposit Form from the Banking tab and choosing the option of View Previous Form. Once you have set up direct deposit for each employee in your organization, you can deposit the paycheck directly into the bank accounts of your employees. This can simplify most of the QuickBooks accounting tasks for your business. Further, the payment data is routinely recorded in QuickBooks and can be used for generating reports and filing taxes.
