The coffee contains variable amount of caffeine ranges from 50 to 400 mg per cup. In general assume 8 ounce cup of coffee contains 100 mg so study states that 4 cups of coffee that is 400 mg can be safe for the healthiest adults. But only coffee isn't, there are many other sources of caffeine like tea, energy drinks, soft drinks etc. So it is required how much you are taking it.
